My Surf Confidence Workshops offer a safe and supportive space to explore surf fears and learn tools & techniques to tackle surf sessions with a renewed sense of confidence and empowerment.
Through sharing, guided exercises, lots of laughter (and sometimes tears), we’ll work together to break down barriers, set goals, whilst connecting with like minded surf souls celebrating each other’s journey.

This workshop is delivered over a few hours in three parts – following the format below.

Topics covered in these workshops:
The mental/emotional side of surfing or sport • Struggles (and wins!) • Mental blocks • ‘The Fear’ • Imposter syndrome • Scary incident/injury recovery
Tools & techniques shared:
Mindfulness/present moment awareness • Positive visualisations • Emotional state shifts (from fear to curiosity) • Gentle goal setting • Identifying barriers and steps to overcome them • Breathing exercises • Self compassion
How does the workshop take place?
These group sessions can be held online via zoom, or in person.
They are held out of the water as we are working on the emotional/mental side of surfing.
