How many sessions are needed?
I usually suggest four weekly sessions over a month in order to gain momentum and get a feel for our work together. In session 4 we can then check in if further sessions, or perhaps something more long term is needed or not.
Where does the therapy take place?
These sessions can be held online via zoom, or in person in Newquay, Cornwall.
